Anthony Harper's new document discovery outsourcing service, the Discovery Specialists, has won this year's Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) Excellence in Business Services award.

Announced at the 2024 ALPMA Summit in Brisbane, the Discovery Specialists was named a finalist in both the Excellence in Business Services and Excellence in Technology & Innovation categories.

The judges commented that: “The submission was 'truly innovative' and recognised Anthony Harper for their achievements in this space and the potential for its ongoing success.”

Partners Joey James and Dan Hughes attended the ALPMA Summit, accepting the award on behalf of the firm. James also presented an overview of the new service to Summit delegates, outlining the Discovery Specialists' objectives, what was involved, and the outcomes and lessons learnt.
