Sam's practice encompasses a wide range of corporate and commercial services, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, joint ventures (JVs), shareholder arrangements, corporate structuring, and various commercial agreements. He has particular expertise in sectors such as technology and food and beverage, where his experience is highly valued.
